摘 要:对不同品系昆虫病原线虫对大蜡螟(Galleria mellonella)5龄幼虫处理12 h的羧酸酯酶活性进行研究。结果表明:在供试的5种品系线虫中,NC34处理的大蜡螟-αNA羧酸酯酶活力最高,是CK的2.047倍;其次是Otio品系的处理,为CK的1.965倍。-βNA羧酸酯酶活性以Otio处理的酶活力最高。由此可见,不同品系昆虫病原线虫对大蜡螟羧酸酯酶活性的影响存在着明显差异。The research on the carbnxylesterase activity of Gallerin mellonella larvae infected by the different etomopathogenie nematodes for 12 hours was conducted. The results were as follow: within 5 kinds of entomopathogenic nematode, NA earboxylesterase activity treated by NC34 strain was the highest among them. It was 2.047 times higher than that of CK. Otio strain was th second one that the esterase activity was 1.965 times over that of CK. NA carboxylesterase activity tested by Otio strain was the greatest in the 5 kinds of nematode. Therefore, there wene among the obvious differences 5 entomopathogenic nematodes in carhoxylesterase activity of Galleri, mellonella.
