财政支农资金投入结构合理性选择分析

摘　　要：财政支农资金是我国支持农业发展和解决“三农”问题的重要力量。诸多的因素造成了我国支农资金效益的低下,然而支农资金投入结构的不合理则是造成我国支农效益低下的一个重要原因。就我国财政支农资金投入结构作了合理性分析,得出目前我国支农资金投入结构极不合理的结论,提出了优化调整我国财政支农资金投入结构的措施。The national financial fond in agriculture is very important in agricultural development for the solution of the problem of ＂Three Agriculture＂. What many economical scholars are interested in is the efficiency from the funds. Many factors resulted in the low efficiency of the financial funds in agricultural production. However, the un - rational allocation structure of the funds in agriculture is an important reason. In this paper the rational allocation structure of funds for agriculture chosen in our country was firstly analyzed, then the conclusion that the present allocation structure of funds was un-ratiotual was drawn. Finally, some suggestions and solutions to make the rational adjustment of the present allocation structure of financial funds for agriculture were put forward to improve its efficiency.
