关于制定艺术学院发展战略规划的几点思考

摘　　要：内蒙古大学艺术学院在总结办学实践、分析学院现状、规划未来发展的基础上,提出了“彰显特色,强化优势,多元互动,和谐发展”的办学理念。预计到2020年,学院逐步建成“国内高水平、特色鲜明的教学、科研、服务、交流四位一体、功能并举的教学研究型艺术学院”。Based on the summing up the college running practice, analyzing the actuality of the college and the lay out of the future development, Art College of Inner Mongolia University has put forward its own school-running director： popping out the features, strengthening the advantages, mobilizing the various elements and seeking harmonic development. It is expected that by 2020, the college would become a college of the teaching and research type college combining teaching, research, service and communication as its feature and become a high-rank college in the country.
