摘　　要：培养和造就一大批新一代党外代表人物,关系到统一战线的巩固发展和前途命运。兵团肩负着稳定新疆、建设新疆的历史使命,结合兵团实际,加强新一代党外代表人物队伍建设具有深远的意义。Training and bringing up a large quantity of high- quality representatine figure outside the party is the reason that united front can play an important role in different periods of our country＇ revolution construction and refrom Today , Training and bringing up a new generation of a large quantity of rprsentative figure outside the party concerns the development and destiny of the united front directly. As the formation bears the historical mission of and building Xinjiang combining for nation＇ s reality , strengthening the building of a new generation of representative figure outside the party has far - reaching meanings.
