解放和发展文化生产力在构建社会主义和谐社会中的作用

摘　　要：文化生产力,即生产文化产品、提供文化服务的一种能力。文化生产力在当代已经成为综合国力的构成要素之一。大力解放和发展文化生产力对于促进经济发展、提高公民智力水平和道德素质、加强社会主义和谐社会的建设具有重要作用。因此,我们必须解放思想,创新观念,积极推进文化体制改革,创设宽松自由的文化环境,大力解放和发展文化生产力。Cultral productive force is the capacity of providing cultural product and providing cultural service. In contemporary, the cultural productive force is becoming a factor of multiple national power. Vigorously liberating and developing cultural productive force is important for promoting the social economy, improving citizens intelligence level and moral quality and constructing the socialism harmonious society. So, we must liberate our thinking, bring forth new ideas, actively push on culture system reform, create the loose and free cultural circumstances, vigorously liberate and develop cultural productive force.
