塞来昔布对梗阻性肾病大鼠肾脏作用的实验观察

摘　　要：目的观察塞来昔布对单侧输尿管梗阻致肾间质纤维化大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法建立单侧输尿管梗阻致肾间质纤维化大鼠模型,分为塞来昔布治疗组和模型组,设假手术组为对照组。第4周末检测各组大鼠血清肌酐及尿素氮水平,测定大鼠尿液血栓烷素B2浓度,并观察肾组织病理改变。结果塞来昔布治疗组的肌酐、尿素氮水平及尿液血栓烷素B2浓度与模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0．01),肾间质纤维化程度明显减轻。结论塞来昔布对单侧输尿管梗阻致肾间质纤维化大鼠肾脏具有保护作用。Objective To investigate the protecting effect of celecoxib on the kidney of obstructive nephropathy rats. Methods Obstructive nephropathy rat models were established and randomized to 3 groups： treated rats, model rats, untreated and normal controls（sham operated group）. At the 4th weekend, the 24 h urine of the rats were collected from each group and the thromboxane B2 concentration was determined by radioimmunoassay. The Serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were measured with a automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The urinary thromboxane B2 concentration of treated rats group was significantly lower than that of model rats group（P 〈 0.01 ）, and the degree of renal fibrosis in treated rats group improved markedly. Conclusion Celecoxib has protecting effect on kidney of obstructive nephropathy rats.
