摘　　要：干细胞研究和蛋白质组研究同属于21世纪生命科学的热点领域。将蛋白质组学技术应用于干细胞的研究,能够为了解干细胞提供蛋白质水平的信息,揭示干细胞的增殖、定向分化和迁移的机制,为人们更好地将干细胞技术应用于组织工程、基因治疗及药物开发等领域奠定基础。Both stem cell and proteome are the focal life scientific fields in this century. Application of proteomics for stem cell could provide more information about the stem cell in protein level, reveal the mechanisms of proliferation, differentiation and migration of stem cell, lead to applications of stem cell technology in tissue engineering, geng therapy and medication exploitation.
