摘  要:以驱蚊香草的幼嫩叶片为外植体,在MS培养基上添加各种不同浓度植物生长调节物质进行单因子试验。研究结果表明,不同植物生长调节物质对驱蚊香草的诱导效应不同。2,4-D对驱蚊香草愈伤组织的诱导效果最好;6-BA对芽的诱导显著;NAA对根的分化作用明显。而单独使用NAA,可以从外植体、愈伤组织、根、芽、苗一步完成。With the young leaves of mosquito abjection vanilla, Single factor examination was carried out on the MS medium added different kinds and different concentrations hormones. The results showed that different hormones had different induce effect on mosquito abjection vanilla. The hormone 2,4 - D was benefit to callus induction. 6 - BA was remarkable to induce the differentiation of buds, and NAA was more effective to roots. Then NAA was used alone, seedling can be gained from explants through callus, roots. Then NAA was used alone, lus,roots and buds. seedling could be gained from explants through callus,roots and buds.
