摘 要:目的研究喹硫磷改进合成方法及其可工业化生产条件。方法以二甲苯为溶剂、以自制的 2-羟基喹噁啉为原料,4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂,进行有机磷杀虫杀螨剂喹硫磷的合成,分别从催化剂的用量、原料的配比、反应温度及反应时间等方面研究了喹硫磷的合成方法。结果在适当的条件下,喹硫磷的收率达90%以上,且反应的条件温和、周期短、后处理简便。结论改进了喹硫磷的合成方法,易于工业化。Aim To study the new synthetic method of quinalphos for industrial size. Methods The synthesis and research for quinalphos, an organophosphorus pesticide and miticide, were reported using xylene as solvent, 2- hydroxyquinazine synthisized from o-phenylenediamine and choroacetic acid as input material and 4-dimethylaminopyridine as catalyst. The sythetic method was detailed respectively by using of weight of catalyst mixture ratio, and reaction temperatute and time. Results The yield of quinalphoa was over 90 percent on suitable conditions and a few advantages were found, which were milder for reaction condition, shorter for reaction period, simple and easy to treatment. Conclusion The present results as a new method is easy to commercial process.
