摘  要:目的用紫外分光光度法及荧光分光光度法优化化探样品中芳烃的测试条件。方法用优化后的条件对陕北地区化探样品中芳烃的石油醚萃取液进行了光谱分析。结果与国家行业标准相对照得出了一些新的测试参数。结论使用优化的测试条件分析化探样中的芳烃,其荧光强度更强、更稳定。化探样萃取液的紫外吸光度与萃取时间及称样量关系不大。Aim To optimize the measurement condition of hydrocarbon in geochemical samples by ultraviolet spectrometry and fluorescence spectroscopy. Methods The extracted liquid with petroleum ether from the geochemical samples in the north of Shaanxi was spectrally analyzed by using the optimized measurement condition. Results New parameters for measurement were obtained as compared with the national industry standard. Conclusion Using optimum parameters for measurement, the fluorescent intensity was not only stronger but also more stable. The ultraviolet absorbance of the extraction liquid didn't relate to the sample weight or the extracted time.
