摘　　要：目的:探索提高脑卒中患者出院后生活质量的途径。方法:将2003年1月至2004年6月符合纳入标准的病例98例完全随机分组,根据分组情况实施健康教育干预措施。结果:干预组脑卒中患者日常生活能力、肢体运动功能、心理抑郁状态都有显著改善。结论:对脑卒中患者出院后进行必要的健康教育,实施综合的肢体运动、生活能力、心理康复干预,可以显著促进患者的康复,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the means to improve the quality of.life on apoplexy patients after hospital. Method 98 cases in hospital from February 2003 to June 2004 were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group , we actualize the health educations intervention measures according groups. Results The patients in the intervention group make notable progress in life ability ,limbs movement functions and psychology depressive state. Conclusion If being trained the necessary health educations by the interventions in life ability ,limbs movement functions and psychology rehabilitation,the apoplexy patients may have better rehabilitation and better quality of life.
