健脾益气活血方防治小儿支气管哮喘合并反复呼吸道感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察对支气管哮喘合并反复呼吸道感染(recurrent respiratory infection,RRI)经规律吸入糖皮质激素(inhalation corticosteroid,ICS)控制不理想的儿童应用健脾益气活血方治疗的临床疗效。方法将58例患儿分为两组,对照组仅给予西药抗感染、对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予服中药健脾益气活血方,观察两组患儿RRI及哮喘临床症状,血清IgA、IgG、IgM含量的变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后呼吸道感染次数、发热天数、抗生素使用天数、咳嗽及气喘发作天数均减少,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清IgA、IgG含量升高,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论哮顺合并RRI经ICS控制不理想儿童应用中药健脾益气活血方能有效预防RRI,从而减少哮喘发作的次数,减轻哮喘严重程度。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yiqi Huoxue Decoction （JYHD） on children bronchial asthma complicated with recurrent respiratory infection （RRI） that could not be effectively controlled by regular inhalation of corticosteroid （ICS）, Methods Fifty-eight patients were divided into 2 groups： both were treated with anti-infective and symptomatic therapy, but JYHD was given additionally to patients in the treated group, Changes in clinical symptoms of RRI and asthma as well as the serum contents of IgA, IgG and IgM were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the frequency of respiratory infection oc- curred, duration of fever, cough and asthma sustained and time of antibiotics used were all lower significantly in the treated group （P 〈 0.05）, The serum contents of IgA and IgG increased in the treated group after treatment, as compared with those before treatment and in the control group, all showed significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion For children suffered from intractable bronchial asthma complicated RRI, application of JYHD in addition with the conventional treatment could prevent RRI effectively, so as th reduce the frequency of asthma attack and alleviate the severity of the disease.
