摘　　要：对合成氨装置的半贫液泵断轴事故进行分析,确认选材、泵轴结构不合理是泵轴断裂的主要原因, 提出解决问题的方法。Analyzes the reasons for the fracture of 1107JA half-lean solution pump beating of ammonia plant, identifies that the unreasonable material selection and pump bearing structure are the main reasons for its fracture and proposes solutions to the problem.
