摘　　要：目的:了解普通人群的常见病及其与年龄、性别的关系。方法:收集2004年到我院体检的普通人群肝、胆、双肾超声普查资料,按年龄、性别进行整理归类并作分析。结果:普通体检人群中最常见疾病为脂肪肝,其次为肝囊肿和胆囊结石。脂肪肝和胆囊结石男女间有显著性差异,且随年龄的增加,患病率也有所提高。提倡对普通人群进行超声普查。Objective： To study the relationship between common diseases and different ages and sexes among ordinary population. Methods： Ultrasonographic data were collected concerning the liver, gallbladder, spleen and kidney of ordinary people, who received routine examination in the ,sanatorium in 2004. Then, the data obtained were systematically classified and analyzed according to age and ,sex. Results： The examination reveaLs that the most common health problem is fatty liver, then come hepatic cyst and biliary calculi. With regard to fatty liver and biliary calculi, significant differences could be seen between different sexes, and morbidity rate progressivdy increased with age. Conclusion： It is recommended that ordinary people should receive ultrasonography once a year or every other year.
