复方龙葵胶囊对2-乙酰氨基芴诱导大鼠肝癌的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究复方龙葵胶囊对2-乙酰基芴(2-AFF)诱导大鼠肝癌的影响。方法:肝癌模型以0.05%2-AFF的饲料喂养SD大鼠10周。给予不同剂量复方龙葵灌胃,观察大鼠一般情况,检测肝脏指数、ALT、AST、γ-GT及肝组织的病理学。结果:与模型组比较,龙葵各剂量组和阳性对照组肝脏指数均显著降低(P<0.01)。肝功能指标均显著低于模型组(P<0.01),各组之间差异无显著性。结论:复方龙葵胶囊对实验性大鼠肝癌有明显的抑制作用。Objective：To observe the effect of the compound solanum nigrum on liver cancer induced by 2-acetamidofluorene （2- AFF） in rats. Methods： An aimal model of liver cancer was established by feeding SD rats with 0.05% 2-AFF, compound solanum nigrum of different doses were administrated orally,then indexes of Iiver, ALT,AST and γ-GT were detected and the patloologic changes were observed. Results： The liver indexes in the solanum nigrum administrated groups and the positive group decreased evidently（P〈 0.01） compared with those in the negative control group. The ALT,AST and γ-GT in all treatment groups were much lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）, and there was an significant difference between groups with treatment. Conclusion： The compound solarium nigrum capsuals have evident inhibitory action on experimental liver cancer induced by 2-AFF in rats.
