摘  要:根据三峡水力发电厂水轮发电机定子纯水冷却系统的组成情况,建立模拟试验装置。研究了定子线棒空心铜导线试片在微碱性条件下(pH为8.0-8.5)的腐蚀特性。采用树脂洗脱法测定腐蚀速率,采用扫描电镜分析法观察试片的表面形貌。试验结果表明铜导线腐蚀速率为26.5g/(m^2·a)。According to the structure of hydraulic generator stator' s pure water cooling system in Three Gorges Hydropower Plant, the corrosion characteristics of stator bar' s hollow copper cooling conductors under the weak - alkaline water (pH 8.0 ~ 8.5) is researched. One set of field - simulated appliance is formed. The way of eluting resin is employed to measure the rate of corrosion, SEM is employed to observe, the surface morphology of the test sheets. The results demonstrate that the corrosion rate of copper cooling conductor is 26.5 g/(m^2·a).
