摘　　要：现在,一些激光清洗机已经问世。一套激光清洗机的构造主要包括激光器系统、光束调整传输系统、移动平台系统、实时监测系统、自动控制操作系统等部分。这里介绍了这些部分的构造及整个激光清洗机的工作原理,并对一些已经在实际中应用的几种激光清洗机给予了详细介绍。The structure of the laser cleaning machine, which mainly consists of laser system, beam adjustment and transmission system, movable platform system, real time monitoring system, automatic control and operation system, as well as its working principle, was introduced. Some commercial laser cleaning equipments were presented in details.
