感染旋毛虫兔五种血清酶变化研究

摘　　要：目的:用旋毛虫感染兔,研究旋毛虫病时肌酸激酶(CK)、醛缩酶(ALD)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)五种血清酶的变化,为旋毛虫病血清酶的检测提供基础资料。方法:将31只实验用兔随机分成三组:轻度感染组11只,每只用灌胃法感染旋毛虫肌幼虫5×103条;重度感染组10只,每只喂入10×103条幼虫;对照组10只。感染后不同时间检测血清CK、ALD、ALT、AST和LDH活性。结果:兔旋毛虫病时五种血清酶(CK、ALD、ALT、AST和LDH)均升高,但以CK的升高程度最高,五种酶均于第3周达高峰,随后逐渐降低。在峰值时,兔血清CK的阳性率(100%)最高,其他阳性率分别ALD81%、ALT66.7%、AST61.9%和LDH52.4%。结论:兔旋毛虫病时,CK、ALD、ALT、AST和LDH五种血清酶尤其是CK的检测对于该病具有辅助诊断意义。Objective： To further study the activities of serum creatine kinase（CK）, fructosediphosphate aldolase （ALD）,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase （AST）and lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） in rabbits infected with Trichinella spiralis, so as to supply useful basic data for serum enzymes examination in trichinosis. Methods： Experimental rabbits were divided into three groups randomly. 11 rabbits in lightly-infected group were inoculated by gavage with 5×10^3 larvae per rabbits, 10 rabbits in heavilyinfected group were given 10 ×10^3 larvae, and 10 rabbits in control group 5ml 5 % gelatin. The sera were obtained at interval stages postinfection from the infected rabbits, the activities of serum CK, ALD, ALT, AST and LDH were determined. The eosinophils were counted with indirect counting methods. Results： The level of the five serum enzymes all raised, the peaks were reached in the 3rd week and then began to decline. In the peak stage, the positive rates of CK, ALD, ALT, AST and LDH were 100 %, 81%, 66. 70~, 61. 9 %, 52. 4 % respectively, the positive rate and rise degree of CK were the highest, conclusion： In rabbits infected with Trichinella spiralis, the levels of five serum enzymes（CK,ALD, ALT, AST and LDH） all raised, and the peaks reached in the 3rd week,when the five serum enzymes had the highest positive rate and better assistant diagnostic values in trichinosis. Among the five serum enzymes,CK had the highest positive rate and elevation degree.
