摘　　要：由于经济发展滞后,科普体系不健全,文化水平偏低,广西农村居民的科学素养不高,科普教育形势较为严峻。必须采取相应措施,提高广西农村居民的科学素养,为建设农村和谐社会打下坚实基础。Due to its slow economic and cultural development and the lack of scientific knowledge, the residents in rural areas in Guangxi are poor in scientific literacy and little have been done about this. Therefore, measures should be taken to improve the scientific literacy of Guangxi＇ s rural residents to lay a sound foundation for the building of a harmonious society.
