摘　　要：目的研究白细胞介素2活性在肾综合症出血热患者中的变化。方法取31例肾综合症出血热患者外周血淋巴细胞,在植物血凝素(PHA)的刺激下应用噻唑蓝比色法(MTT)检测白细胞介素2(interleukin-2,IL-2)的分泌活性。结果肾综合症出血热患者的IL-2分泌活性明显低于正常人,被检31例患者的IL-2活性为0．49±0．09,对照组为0．64±0．13,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0．01)。结论肾综合症出血热病人的IL-2分泌活性明显低于正常人。Objective To research into the the changes of IL-2 activity in HFRS patients＇ serum.Methods 31 cases of HFRS patients＇ lymphocytes were fetched from extra-blood. In the activation of PHA,the secretive activity of IL-2 was measured by using MTT.Results The level of IL-2 activity in HFRS patients＇ serum was significantly lower than the level in healthy people＇s serum. The IL-2 activity level in the 31 clinically diagnosed HFRS patients＇ serum was 0.49±0.09,and the contrast was 0.64±0.13. The two were significantly different under comparison. Conclusion The level of IL-2 activity in HFRS patients＇serum was significantly lower than the level in healthy people＇s serum.
