输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石(附54例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方珐:对54例行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术的患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果:54例患者中46例治疗成功,成功率为85．18％;6例放置内支架后再行体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗;2例因输尿管狭窄、扭曲需行开放手术。结论:输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗安全,效果确切,损伤小,术后恢复快,是治疗输尿管结石较为满意的手术方法。Objective： To evaluate the efficiency of the Swiss lithoclast pneumatic litho-triptor in the endoscopic management of ureterolithiasis. Method： 54 patients with ureter-olithiasis were treated with the above mentioned lithotriptor. Result： 52 patients had been cured ,the curative rate was 85.18%, 6 patients were treated using ESWL and placing ureteralstents prior to ESWL. 2 patients with ureterostegnosis needed to be treated with open operation. Conclusion： This method is safe, effective and less invasive in the treatment of ureterolithiasis, the patients recover quickly after treatment, it is a useful procedure for patients with urterolithiasis.
