摘　　要：目的:研究自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)红细胞抗体免疫分型与溶血程度的关系。方法:用流式细胞术(FCM)检测红细胞表面抗体,用抗C3血清检测C3含量。结果:应用流式细胞仪结合抗C3血清可将AIHA分为较多类型,其中以IgG型为主,其他类型则相对较少。各种类型溶血程度不一,含有IgM的型别其溶血程度较重。结论:应用FCM进行AIHA免疫分型,灵敏度高,特异性强,并且免疫分型和溶血程度具有一定的相关性。Objective：To study the relationship between the immunophenotyping of red blood cell（RBC） and the degree of hemolysis.Methods：The flow cytometry （FCM） was used to determine the surface autoantibodies of the RBC,and the anti-C3 serum was used to determine the content of C3.Resuits：AIHA can be defined in to many classes by FCM and anti-C3 serum,and the IgG class was the main class compared with the others. The degree of hemolysis varied among all classes and was more severe in the classes containing IgM. Conclusion：Defining the classes of AIHA by using FCM is highly sensitive and specific,and there is some relationship between the immunophenotyping of RBC and the degree of hemolysis.
