摘　　要：目的 探讨心理干预对膀胱肿瘤患者围手术期的心理影响，方法 对76例膀胱肿瘤患者术后采用HAMA对其心理变化进行调查评估，分析其造成焦虑的原因。结果 焦虑的原因有：担心肿瘤致命、因病给家庭造成精神及经济负担、肿瘤复发及扩散、手术的安全及预后。结论 有效的心理干预可消除患者的紧张焦虑情绪，使其顺利度过围手术期，提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the patients＇ psychology with bladder tumor before and after operation. Methods 76 patients with bladder tumor received psychological intervention before operation and the clinical effect was assessed with Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） after operation. Results The causes of anxiety were summarized as follows：①Lethality of the tumor;② the economic and phrenic burden; ③ Recrudesce and Proliferate; ④ The safety of operation and the progress. Conclusions The effective intervention has significant efficacy in relieving the anxiety disorder of the patients with bladder tumor.
