摘　　要：对等强度悬臂梁光纤光栅调谐特性进行了理论分析和实验研究,实现了线性无啁啾的光纤光栅调谐,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性,提出了实现自动控制和去温敏的方法.The tuning characteristics of the equi-intensity cantilever beam fiber optic gratings are analyzed by the theory and experiment. The linear tuning of fiber optic grating without chirp is achieved, the experimental result confirms the theoretical one. The method of automatic control and deleting temperature sensitivity is presented.
