血清维生素C、E水平在小儿下呼吸道感染中的分析

摘　　要：目的了解小儿下呼吸道感染时机体血清中维生素Vc、VE状况,为抗氧化剂治疗该组疾病提供依据。方法采用荧光分光光度法测定小儿下呼吸道感染患儿血清维生素C、E(Vc、VE)含量。结果在小儿肺炎、毛细支气管炎和婴幼儿哮喘三种疾病血清Vc、VE含量降低(P均<0.01)。结论小儿下呼吸道感染时机体抗氧化能力降低,补充足量抗氧化剂对该病的恢复将有裨益。[Objectives] For researching the Vitamin C and E level in serum of the Children＇s lower respiratory infection, and afford the information for the treatment these group diseases using antioxygen. [Methods] Detect the serum vitamin C and E saturation of the children suffering the lower respiratory infection using fluorospectrophotometry. [Results] Serum vitamin C and E saturation are decreased in children＇s pneumonia, bronchiolitis and asthma. [Conclusions] Children＇s lower respiratory infection decreases the body＇s ability of anti-oxydation, and it＇s good for the children patients＇ recovery that supplement ant oxygen.
