摘　　要：简要概述了改性淀粉在制革中的研究及应用现状,提出对于合理利用农副产品资源、保护环境以及制革行业的可持续性发展的作用。Research and application of modified starch in leather field were introduced, its function in reasonable making use of agricultural by products resource, protecting environment and sustaining development of leather making industry was brought forward.
