摘　　要：目的探讨硝酸银烧灼治疗儿童鼻出血的护理措施。 方法对300例鼻出血患儿采用硝酸银烧灼治疗前认真做好心理护理，消除紧张、恐惧情绪。治疗中严格按护理操作规程进行，并做好健康教育。 结果300例患儿在治疗中均能积极配合．均治愈出院．无并发症发生。 结论做好心理护理，消除紧张、恐惧情绪，治疗中严格按护理操作规程进行，认真做好健康教育是提高儿童鼻出血治疗效果的重要保证。Aim To explore the measures of nursing children with rhinorrhagia treated with silver nitrate cauterization Methods 300 children with rhinorrhagia treated with silver nitrate cauterization were nurses carefully so that their tension and dread could be reduced. The nursing procedures were carried out strictly according to the rules and regulations and hygiene instructions were offered. Results 300 children could coordinate well in the treatment, then all recovered and were discharged without any complications. Conclusion In order to achieve satisfactory treatment results, it is necessary to nurse carefully, to reduce the tension and dread, to stick to the rules and regulations and to offer hygiene instructions.
