摘 要:目的 探讨进一步提高老年危重患者的早期肠外营养技术.方法 60例老年危重患者依不同营养措施随分为低热量组和常规组。低热量给予84-105KJ/kg.d的肠外营养支持;常规组给予126-146KJ/kg.d的肠外营养技术,共14天。观察两组患者营养支持期间的体重、血糖、血清蛋白质的变化。结果 低热量组营养支持7天、14天血糖改善明显优于常规组(P〈0.01);两组患者血清转铁蛋白营养支持后明显高于营养支持前(P〈0.05);两组患者之间的血清蛋白质指标无明显变化(P〉0.05)。结论 老年危重患者早期低热量肠外营养支持是一种安全有效的方法。Objectives To observe the role of hypocaloric nutrition support in critically old patients. Methods Sixty cases of critically old patients were randomly divided into hypocaloric group and normal group. Hypocaloric group was treated with peripheral parenteral nutrition support of 84 - 105 KJ/kg/d for 14 days. Norreal group was treated with peripheral parenteral nutrition support of 126 - 146 KJ/kg/d for 14 days. Body weight, blood glucose, serum proteins were measured and lymphocyte were counted during nutrition support. Results Compared with normal group,blood glucose in hypocaloric group was significantly inproved( P 〈 0.01 ) the levels of serum proteins had no significant changes between two groups. Conclusion Early hypocaloric nutrition support is a selected method for critically old patients.
