手法复位气垫靴固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效观察（附187例报告）

摘　　要：采用手法或钢针撬拨复位自制气垫靴外固定的方法，配合踏滚轴功能锻炼治疗跟骨关节内骨折１８７例，优良率８９．５％。详述了复位手法、气垫靴的制做及使用方法、练功步骤等各个重要环节及其注意事项。强调了在治疗中除注意跟距角的恢复外，跟骨横径、跟骨高度及关节面的恢复对预后至关重要。One hundred and eighty-seven cases of calcaneal intra-articular fracture were treated by manual or prying-nail reduction, aircushion-boot fixation and step-on-rolling-axle functional exercises with an excellent-good rate of 89.5%. In the paper,the methods for manual reduction,use and making of air-cushion boot,functional exercises and main points for caution are described in details.It was emphasized that attention should be paid to the reovery of the calcaneo-talar angle and that the recovery of the calcaneal height and horizontal diameter and articular surfaces be of great importance for the prognosis.
