摘　　要：介绍了建筑智能化系统工程的运作现状和监理要点,指出:现阶段建筑智能化的飞速发展,要求对工程项目进行全方位、全过程的监理,监理人员必须跟形势、提高技能,才能做好建筑智能化工程监理工作。Nowadays the engineering supervision of the intellectualized building system is developing rapidly. This asks for the careful supervision toward every process and all directions of the building system. In order to do the job well, the supervisors on the spot must to do their best to improve their ability and skills.
