大量高锰酸钾水清洗对治疗染发剂过敏的临床研究

摘　　要：１２６例染发剂过敏者被随机分为两组，分别给予大量高锰酸钾水（１／８０００）和大量水清洗头发及接触部位皮肤。结果两组在病情的严重程度和病程上有明显的区别。尤以发病当天就诊者明显。作者还从实验的角度，证明高锰酸钾水处理与单纯水处理，对苯二胺氧化速度明显不同。作者认为该方法对染发剂过敏者作为一项清除过敏原的方法，是安全、有效且有益的。Patients with allergic dermatitis by hair dyeing were divided into two groups.One was treated with a lot of 1/8000 P.P solution,another with pure water.The result showed remarkable distinction in both serious degree and course.The earlier treated,the better result.The different oxide speed of PPDA was confirmed by experiment.The authors consider that this method is safe,effective for clearing contact sensitizer-PPDA.
