HPLC法测定三香含漱液中延胡索乙素的含量

摘　　要：[目的]建立三香含漱液中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。[方法]用乙醚提取三香含漱液中延胡索乙素，采用Zorbax ODS C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）为分析柱，以甲醇-水（67：33）为流动相，流速1．0ml／min，检测波长为280nm。[结果]延胡索乙素的浓度在5．78-46．25μg／ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0．99998），平均回收率为99．54％，RSD为0．23％。[结论]HPLC法操作简便、精密度好，可用于三香含漱液的质量控制。[Objective]To establish the method for determining the content of tetrahydropalmatine in SanXiang Han Shu Ye. [Methods] Mobile phase： methanol-water （67：33） ; analytical column： Zorbax ODS C18 column （250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm） ; flow rate： 1.0ml/min; detective wavelength： 280nm. Then tetrahydropalmatine was extracted from SanXiang Han Shu Ye with alcohol. [Results] Good linear dependence was observed when the concentration of tetrahydropalmatine was within the range of 5.78-46.25μg/ml （ r = 0. 99998）; the average recovery rate was 99.54 % with RSD being 0.23 %, [Conclusion]The HPLC method can be used for quality control of SanXiang Han Shu Ye with simple operation and accurate outcome.
