高效液相色谱法测定消痔胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：[目的]建立消痔胶囊中黄芩苷含量测定的方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法，Zorbax C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸（52：48：0．2），检测波长为280nm，流速为1．0ml／mln。[结果]黄芩苷在0．1002-1．6032μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9998，平均回收率为99．3％，RSD=0．98％（n=5）。[结论]HPLC法简便、快速、准确，可作为消痔胶囊的质量控制方法。[Objective]To establish the method for determining the content of baicalin in Xiao Zhi capsule. [Methods]Mobile phase： methanol-water-phosphoric （52：48：0.2） ; analytical colunm： Zorbax ODS C18 colunm （250mm× 4.6mm,5μm） ; flow rate： 1.0ml/min; detective wavelength： 280nm. [Results] Good linear dependence was observed when the concentration of baicalin was within the range of 0.100 2 - 1.603 2μg/ml（ r = 0.999 8 ） ; the average recovery rate was 99.3 % with RSD being 0.98 % （ n = 5）. [Conclusion]The HPLC method can be used for quality control of Xiao Zhi capsule with simple operation and accurate outcome.
