混合波紫外线照射前后银屑病患者免疫功能检测

摘　　要：我们应用手动速率散射比浊法对１５例寻常型银屑病患者混合波紫外线照射前后血清ｉｇＧ、Ａ、Ｍ及补体Ｃ_３、Ｃ_４、Ｃ_(１９)进行了检测，发现照射后血清ＩｇＧ显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），余无显著性变化。结果表明混合波紫外线可通过抑制体液免疫功能而发挥治疗作用。Using manual rate seattering turbidimetric method,We determtned the serum IgG、A、 M、and C_3、C_4、 C_(19)in 15 cases with psoriasis vulgaris before and after UVN treatment.The results sho-ned that,after UVN treatment.the serum IgG was significantly lewcr than before(P<0.05),the others had no remarkble change It indicated that UVN moy make full use of treatment effect through sup-pressing humoral jmmunol tunction
