摘  要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG6000)模拟水稻短期干旱胁迫研究表明,与过量供氮及缺氮处理的水稻相比,适度供氮处理水稻在干旱胁迫后其茎叶及根系生长受抑制程度相对较小或仍维持生长;干旱逆境下适度供氮水稻叶片的POD酶活性和CAT酶活性上升,但高氮处理水稻叶片保护酶活性下降,缺氮则会加剧水稻叶片膜脂过氧化。因此,适宜的供氮水平对干旱逆境下水稻维持生长及增强抗氧化性能具有重要意义。Effects of nitrogen nutrition on growth and antioxidant capability of two rice varieties were studied under drought stress induced by polyethylene glycol (PEg). The results showed that shoot and root growth of rice with suitable N supply was less restrained as compared with rice supplied with high N or no N. Drought stress resulted in increases in POD and CAT enzyme activities in rice leaves under the condition of suitable N level, but resulted in the decrease under the condition of high N level. Nitrogen shortage promoted the membrane pemxidation of rice leaves under the condition of drought stress. In order to maintain normal growth of rice and to amplify antioxidunt capability, it is very important to supply suitable nitrogen.
