高效液相色谱法测定奥拉西坦氯化钠注射液中主药的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定奥拉西坦氯化钠注射液中主药含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为IntersilCN-3,流动相为乙腈-水(6∶94),检测波长为214nm,流速为0.6ml/min,进样量为5μl,温度为室温。结果:奥拉西坦检测浓度在0.5625～288μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.95%(RSD=1.36%)。结论:本方法准确、简便、专属性强、重现性好,可用于本品的含量测定与质量控制。OBjECTIVE：To develop a HPLC method for the assaying of the principal agent in oxiracetam sodium chloride injection.METHODS： The separation was performed on Intersil CN- 3 column; the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water（6 ： 94） with detection wavelength at 214nm, flow rate at 0.6ml/min and sample size at 5μl under room temperature. RESULTS： The linear correlation of oxiraeetam was observed over the concentrations of 0.5 625 to 288μg/ml（ r = 0.9 999） . The average recovery was 99.95% （RSD = 1.36%） .CONCLUSION： The method is accurate, convenient specific and reproducible,and suitable for the determination and quality control of Oxiraeetam.
