摘　　要：手术治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症２８人，手术方式均以全椎板切除，摘除髓核，产式除了胞原的黄韧带等组织。取得满意效果。文中对老年腰椎间盘突出症的手术问题、临床特征以及手术后的康复问题进行了分析与总结。Twenty eight cases of senile prolapse of lumbar interver-tebral disc operated with total laminectomy,removal of the nucleus, cutting off the thickening ligamentum flavum etc. with satis-factiry results. Operative techneque,chnical characteristics and rehabilitation were discussed.
