摘　　要：宽带调频技术是卫星通信技术中的关键技术之一。介绍了一种准两点注入式锁相宽带调频技术,理论分析表明在准两点注入式锁相调频中,只要合理地设计积分器,选择合适的积分常数,其调频特性将为一平坦的直线,即可得到与环路响应无关的宽带调制特性。这一技术特性正好满足高速率信号的调频技术。这种方式很好地解决了调频时环路带宽选择受到调制频率限制的问题,从而可以获得平坦的宽带调频响应,给出相关电路的设计和实验结果。Wideband frequency modulation technology is one of the key technologies in satellite communications. In this paper we introduce a kind of phase locked wideband frequency modulation with two points inflow. Flat frequency modulation response character which is independent of the loop response can be obtained in this technology by selecting the parameter of integrator with reason. Using this method it has heen solved that frequency modulation must limit the bandwidth of phase locked loop. Circuit design and experimental results are offered in this paper.
