草酸依地普仑的制备及晶体结构分析

摘　　要：目的:制备合成依地普仑,培育其单晶,并进行测定。方法:用 S-西酞普兰与草酸反应生成草酸依地普仑,并用溶液法生长其单晶。X-射线单晶进行单晶结构分析。结果:此晶体属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n 空间群,晶胞参数为:a=8.031(3),b=25.063(8),c=11.122(4),β=106.627(5)°,Z=4,V=2145.2(12)~3,Dc=1.283/cm^3,u(MoKa)=0.097 mm^(-1),F(000)=872,结构偏离因子 R_1=0.0629,wR_2=0.1566。结论:原子 C(1),C(2),C(3),C(4),C(5),C(6)所组成的六员环,采用平面构象,原子 C(8),C(9),C(10),C(11),C(13),C(14)形成的六员环也采用平面构象,而原子 C(7),C(8),C(14),C(15)O(1)所形成的五员环则采用信封式构象。Objective： Synthesis escitalpram oxalate and got single crystal structure. Method： It has been synthesized by the reaction of S - citalopram and oxalic acid in ethanol and determined by single - crystal X - ray diffraction method. Result： The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system space group P2（1）/n, with cell parameters： a = 8.031（3）A, b = 25.063（8）A, c = 11.122（4）A, β = 106.627（5）°,, Z = 4, V = 2145.2（12）A^3, Dc = 1.283g/cm^3, u（MoKa） = 0.097 mm^-1, F（000） = 872, the final R1 = 0.0629, wR2 = 0.1566. Conclusion： X - ray analysis reveals that the C （1）, C （2）, C （3）, C （4）, C （5）, C （6） atoms form a six - membered ring which adopts the planar conformation; the C （8）, C （9）, C （10）, C （11）, C （13）, C （14） atoms form a six - membered ring which also adopts the planar conformation; while the C （7）, C （8）, C （14）, C （15）O（1） atoms form a five - membered ring which adopts the envelope conformation.
