摘　　要：目的:建立环孢素滴眼液中环孢素含量快速测定的 HPLC 方法,用以控制其质量。方法:采用 VP-ODS 柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-水(80:20)为流动相,柱温70℃,检测波长为240 nm。结果:本法能很好分离环孢素和滴眼液中的辅料,保留时间为5.5 min,环孢素浓度在20.2～1010μg·mL^(-1)范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999;回收率为99.2%(n=9)。结论:该方法专属准确,快速可靠。Objective： In order to control the quality of cyclosporin - eye drop, an HPLC method was established for determination of cyclosporin. Method： The chromatographic system consisted of VP - ODS column （150 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm） and mobile phase of acetonitrile - water （80：20） with a detection wavelength at 214 nm. Results： Cyclosporin was separated from other material in cyclosporin - eye drop by HPLC. The retention time is 5.5 min. The linear range of cyclosporin was 20.2 - 1010 μg·mL^-1, r = 0.9999. the recovery was 99.2% （n = 9）. Conclusion： This method is exclusive, accurate and fast for determination of cyclosporin in cyclosporin - eye drop.
