摘　　要：近年来,越来越多的研究者意识到使用肝微粒体进行细胞色素P450活性测定的重要性。本文综述了应用高效液相色谱进行大鼠肝微粒体 P450活性测定的方法学研究进展,内容包括肝微粒体的制备方法,细胞色素 P450代谢酶系的特异性底物及其代谢产物和使用高效液相色谱进行细胞色素 P450活性测定的应用条件。The scientists have attached importance to the research of Cytochrome P450（CYP450） by using the liver microsomes. This article summarized the research evolvement of CYP450 activity determination of rat liver microsomes utilizing HPLC. The contents of the article includes the methods of liver microsome preparation, the searching of the specific substrates and metabolites of CYP450 isoforms, and the determination conditions of CYP450 activity utilizing HPLC, et al.
