摘　　要：分析了计算机与S7-200PLC间基于PPI协议通讯的优点,介绍了通过数据侦听方式获取PPI协议下的通讯数据并对其进行分析,从而解析出PPI协议的方法。详细论述了如何利用已解析的PPI协议来读写PLC中的数据,并以某纸厂五叠网纸机的纸浆浓度控制系统为例,说明在纸机控制系统中如何利用PPI协议来进行通讯设计。The advantages of communication mode based on PPI protocol between computer and S7-200 PLCs are analyzed. The approach to acquire PPI protocol by intercepting communication data is introduced. The method of reading and writing data in PLCs through PPI protocol is specified. Finally, an application example of PPI protocol in papermaking process control system is presented.
