我院地高辛和茶碱常规血浓度监测10年回顾性分析

摘　　要：本文对我院１０年来地高辛和茶碱常规血药浓度监测进行了回顾性分析，我院地高辛和茶碱是所有监测品种中测定次数最多的两个品种，分别占４０％和１０％。我院地高辛标本在治疗范围以内的平均占５８％，茶碱在治疗范围以内的平均占３５％，而院外标本的这一比例仅达１８％，明显低于我院。对各病房地高辛和茶碱低于治疗下限比例偏高的原因进行了分析。We analyzed the therapeutic drug monitoring data of digoxin and theophylline of past 10 years in this hospital and compared the data with those in other hospitals. The results of 58% of the digoxin and 35% of the theophylline samples analyzed in this hospital were within the therapeutic range, while the proportion of theophylline sample within the range in other hsopitals was 18% only, which was statistically lower than that in this hospital. We also evaluated the reasons of high proportion of digoxin and theophylline samples which were lower than the therapeutic range.
