摘　　要：随着电子系统和电路设计全面进入高速信号设计领域,信号完整性问题已经成为电子设计的一个瓶颈。针对分支线结构电气网络所遇到的信号完整性问题进行了深入分析,指出了通过阻抗控制来解决信号反射问题的方法,并且用电路模型仿真验证了方法的有效性。Signal Integrity issue is a key point of electronic design by electronic system and circuit design going fully into high speed signal design field.This article describes the signal integrity issue in branch net.Then presents the way of solve signal reflection problem through controlling impedance,and proves it by circuit model simulation.
