摘　　要：分析国内外对广东海风藤的研究情况。近年来通过药学工作者不懈的努力,广东海风藤在原植物鉴定和本草考证、化学成分、药理作用、临床应用等方面的研究都有了很大进展。本文所介绍的广东海风藤药材为木兰科南五味子属植物海风藤的干燥藤茎,有别于《中国药典》收载的海风藤植物。广东海风藤的化学成分主要是木脂素和萜类,均为其有效成分,分别有抗脂质的过氧化作用和抑制胆固醇生物合成作用。广东海风藤作为中药在临床上应用广泛,主要是治疗风湿骨痛和气管炎。本文分别就这些方面作一概述。Researching survey about the development of Kadsura heterockita. In recent years, by the great efforts of the chemical researchers, the researches in Kadsura heteroclita have made great progress in the original plant anthenticates, chemical compositions, pharmacological functions and clinical applications. Kadsura heteroclita is different from Piper kadsura. The chemical compositions of Kadsura heteroclita are maily lignans and terpcnoids, and they are also the actcive compositions. The lignans have the anti-lipid peroxidative effect and the terpenoids show an inhibition activity of cholesterol biosynthesis. Kadsura heteroclita has extensive clinical applications. It is used as a folk medicine for the treatment of rheumatism and tracheitis. There will be general introductions in these aspects mentioned above in this paper.
