浅谈高校教学管理队伍素质的建设

摘　　要：通过分析高校教学管理在大学管理中的中心地位,指出高校教学管理制度改革的关键是加强教学管理队伍的建设。高校必须采取对策,提高教学管理人员的综合素养及高效率的管理能力。只有具有这种高素质的教学管理队伍,才能适应当今具有信息化和人文化理念、手段及方法的高校教学管理模式,才能保证高校教学工作健康、有序的发展。Analyzing the teaching management playing a main role in rnanegement of unirersity, the paper pointed out the key point of teaching managing reform in university was strengthening the construction of teaching managing troop. We must improve the comprehensive ability and managing ability of managing troop, only the high quality managing troop can be fit in with modlern managing mode, can they assure the development of teaching in unirershy.
