摘　　要：本文简要分析了当前艺术类毕业生择业意向和择业态度,以及影响其就业的主要因素,提出了相应的建议和对策,以期有针对性地加强对艺术类毕业生的就业指导工作。In this paper the author presents a brief of the job--hunting intention and action and the most important factors that will affect job-search for the graduates of the art speciality, and makes a thorough analysis of the obtain so that it can be reinforced the vocational guidance of the job--hunting.
