摘 要:高滴点润滑脂是润滑脂的一个发展方向.通过交叉试验发现:基础油的闪点越高,所制润滑脂的滴点越高;两种或三种基础油混和后,所制润滑脂滴点比单一基础油所制润滑脂滴点有明显提高;12-羟基硬脂酸-癸二酸-硼酸复合后润滑脂滴点有较大提高.通过分析复合锂基脂的电镜照片,发现滴点与纤维有较大的关系:纤维数目越多,形状越大,发育越完全,润滑脂的滴点越高;具有中空棒状结构纤维的润滑脂滴点比具有带状纤维结构的润滑脂滴点高.同时,对复合锂基脂滴点提高的机理进行了初步分析.High-drop-point lubricating grease is one of the ways of developing new lubricating greases. A cross experiment showed that the higher the flash point of the basic oil, the higher the drop point of the lubricating grease made up from the basic oil, and the drop point of grease made up from two or three basic oils was much higher than that of the grease made up from a single basic oil. Meanwhile, the drop point was further raised when the grease was made up by compounding together 12-oxhydryl octadeeanoic acid, sebacylic acid and boric acid. Electron microscope observations of the greases revealed that the larger the fraction and size of the fiber, and the more fully the fiber grew, the higher the drop point of the grease became. It was in addition found that the grease containing hollow rod-like fiber had a drop point higher than that of the grease containing bundle-shaped fiber. The mechanism by which the drop point of high temperature lithium complex grease is enhanced is discussed.
