摘　　要：总结了湖南省退耕还林工程所取得的成绩,指出了工程存在的主要问题,并对问题进行了分析,对后续发展对策进行了探讨。The achievements of the Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Project in Hunan were summarized in the paper. The main existing problems in the project were pointed out and analyzed, and the countermeasures of the following development were discussed in the paper.
