摘　　要：湖南省林业厅科学技术咨询委员会组织有关专家对我省退耕还林及后续产业有关问题进行了一次实地考察。考察结果认为:退耕还林是民心工程,生态工程,富民工程。文章还指出了退耕还林的认识误区。The Returning Land for Farming to Forestry Project and the problems of its following industry in Hunan Province were investigated by experts of the Science and Technology Consultation Committee of the Forestry Department of Hunan Province. The results showed that the Returning Land for Fanning to Forestry Project in Hunan Province was a morale project, an ecological project and a comfortably-off project. The misunderstanding of cognition of the project was also pointed out in the paper.
